Canvy Image License
Our license is made for you who want to showcase your artwork online. A general rule of thumb is that if your main goal is to showcase your work, then you are covered by our license. This license is valid both for our Canvy Pro members and our Free members.
‘You’ ‘your’ and ‘your work’ refers to you, and your artwork. ‘Us’, ‘we’, ‘our images’ refers to us, Canvy ApS and the images you download from our website www.canvy.com.
Things you can do with our license:
- You can use our images to show your work commercially on websites like BlueThumb, FineArtAmerica, Etsy, etc.
- You can use our images to show your work commercially or privately on your website, social media, newsletter and in apps. This also includes 3rd party websites, social media accounts, newsletters and apps.
- You can keep using the images once downloaded, even after your subscription has expired.
- You can print images if you have a written consent from us first.
- You don’t need to show credit to us where you post your images, but we naturally appreciate it if you do.
Thing you can NOT do with our license:
- You are not allowed to sell or re-distribute our images in any way.
- You are not allowed to download an image without your artwork being visible in it.
- You are not allowed to manipulate images to show different artwork than the ones originally shown in them.
- If you have a free membership you are not allowed to remove any watermark after downloading our images.
- You are only allowed to upload images of your own art unless you have permission from the original owner.
