About the artist
A professional self-developed artist and a certified commercial diver, with creative skills in graphics and concept designs, drawing, and illustration. An art underdog for over 20 years. With strong reflections of his life and struggles growing up, my arts is a medium I used to tell stories of life’s challenges, through lines, forms, shapes, patterns, and icons yet with a subject that relates to my abstraction – a figure.
As an African, most of my works are influenced by the essence of my root and struggle, both home and diaspora, dealing from conceptual race theory, economical disadvantages, education, and more, connecting the affluence of the African cultures to my art, I introduce elements that represent various tribal history. My specialty mediums are watercolor and Acrylic painting mixed with other elements, focusing mostly on figures, portraits, figurative abstracts, and line drawings. I’m a Nigerian permanently residing in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Married with 2 lovely daughters.
