Simple Art Marketing

About the artist

I run Simple Art Marketing which exists to help artists, makers and photographers market their work online by helping them to develop their websites, mailing lists, social media and general online presence. Selling online presents many challenges over and above selling in person. Customers cannot touch and feel the quality of your product. It is harder to show perspective, texture, depth and so on. Online marketing, however, helps artists, makers and photographers get their products in front of far more people all over the world and technology is really levelling the playing field so that they can reach their customers directly rather than only through 3rd parties such as galleries, stockists and so on. Visual appeal of products is so essential to this process but taking good lifestyle photographs to show off their work can be time consuming and expensive especially if they have to hire a professional photographer making it beyond the budget of many.

Why I use Canvy

Canvyapp is such an essential tool for either me to plug that gap or to encourage my customers to use Canvyapp to do it themselves. The software is simple and easy to use and produces stunning results to take any art and photography to that next level. It provides a level of professionalism and helps potential customers understand the work much more clearly and envisage it in their own collection. I am really pleased to have been asked to help test Canvyapp out in the field and am so excited about some of the features the team have planned for the future.
